Vaginal discharge and itching can be a sign of urinary infection or human papillomavirus. A gray secretion and a fishy odor from the vagina usually mean bacterial vaginosis. Yellowish-grey or green secretion means trichomonas. Other infections, such as chlamidia or gonorea, also influence this secretion. Foreign bodies are very dangerous as they may cause injuries.
